The work was exceptional. The crew was professional, punctual and respectful. After reporting water leaks inside our home on 2 separate occasions following storms, with claims being denied both times, our insurance company approved the repairs after the 3rd storm so a special thanks to Rodolfo for the fantastic locating the issue and pointing out the problems to the adjuster. An amazing and efficient experience with Brett at Freddy and Son Roofing. I recently had my entire roof replaced through Brett and his team, and they were always on time, if not earlier to appointments, very responsive and communicative about all aspects of the roof replacement, and only wanted the best for me throughout the entire experience – urging me to go through insurance in order to have my roof fully covered by my insurance so I wouldn’t have to pay out of pocket. I now have a beautiful new roof that came with a 50 year guarantee.
Could not have asked for a better experience. Called Monday morning, got estimate and on the schedule for Wednesday morning. Project Manager Edward kept me informed on what they were doing with pictures and videos of before, during, and after the repairs. The price was reasonable and as originally estimated. My roof was repaired by noon.

I reached out for a quote on some roof repairs that I needed. Freddy was quick to respond within half an hour, and throughout all of our communications. He was early to our scheduled meeting time, knowledgeable about the needed repairs as we looked over and discussed the damage. He was timely with sending over the estimate that same night (which was laid out simply with the needed materials, the scope of work, and the planned steps to complete the project). The provided price was very fair, and he was patient with me while I was figuring out when I wanted it done.

I’ve always been skeptical of these companies claiming the home owner doesn’t have to pay for the roof and the insurance company will – well, I’m no longer skeptical. I didn’t pay a dollar out of pocket. Freddy & Son works directly with your insurance company to inspect the roof, file the claim, etc. Everyone I dealt with at Freddy & Son was professional and responsive. I needed a few minor tweaks after the new roof was installed, and they had a guy there the next day and communicate via text which is nice. The repair guy, Job, is professional and respectful of your property as well. I highly recommend Freddy & Son.
